The Pharmacist’s Role in Medication Therapy Management Programs
The two one-hour sessions will provide pharmacists with information on a Prescription Drug Plan’s (PDP’s) Medication Therapy Management (MTM) program and the role of the pharmacist in these plans. In addition, principles for providing MTM will be presented along with case examples. Lastly, the sessions will overview quality measures that are being developed to evaluate the effectiveness of MTM services. Both sessions are ACPE accreditated and free of charge.
